Pain Inside

When I look inside the pain I hide here is what I find:

Truth and lies

Primordial scream

It’s all a dream

Programming of shame

Deliberate games...

And the will of the establishment to keep us insane

There’s pleasure in pain

Because it’s really a game

Controlled by feelings of guilt, fear and shame

We’re programmed to hide it

Instead of walk right into it

Shed the tears and get to the other side of it

If we do this, our lives could be bliss

We could all raise our consciousness

And stop living like this
